Refund & Cancellations

This Privacy Policy describes Art My Breath's ( and/or its subsidiaries/affiliates, (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Art My Breath", "we", "our", "Charuhas Jayant Damle", "Proprietor of Art My Breath", "Founder of Art My Breath", "Owner of Art MY Breath") practices in relation to the subscription fees that we charge to our Clients through our online facilities including, without limitation, official website, applications, social media sites and any other digital services or facilities used or operated by Art My Breath from time to time (collectively, the "Sites" or "Website").

Please note that our Refund & Cancellations Policy is a part and parcel of Policy Terms and Conditions of Use available at https://www.artmybreath.com/terms.

By using our Services, you agree to this policy and consent to our use of your information in accordance with the terms of this policy.

You have an option to not provide us with the information sought by us or withdraw the consent previously given. However, in such a case, Art My Breath reserves the right to not provide you with the Services.

You need to create a user account and pay a subscription fee for accessing the services and products offered through Art My Breath website. The subscription fee paid by you is considered as a non-refundable platform service charge of Art My Breath.

Subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. After subscribing to any of the membership options, the client agrees that he is not entitled to a refund of any kind. No refunds are made for any reason, including unintentional sign-ups or incorrect selection of membership packages. This does not affect the right of Art My Breath to claim damage suffered (for example lost profit).

In case of automatic subscription renewal, the subscription fees may automatically renew monthly, yearly, quarterly or in accordance with the chosen subscription plan until cancelled by the Client. Automatically renews on the same date of each corresponding month or on final date of month if no corresponding date. In case of manual subscription renewal, user will be provided an option to manually renew his subscription.

Registrations of subscriptions made in the name of the Client are deemed to be made by the Client and are binding. Art My Breath has the right to attach conditions to the execution of a registration, such as asking for an advance payment or other security and can refuse a registration of the Client without giving any reason.

Client may choose not to renew or auto renew his existing subscription or write to support@artmybreath.com for subscription cancellation. Art My Breath reserves the right to retain the client’s account and its data on our server for the administrative and/or legal purposes even after subscription cancellation. No refund will be provided against subscription cancellation.

Art My Breath website framework facilitates its subscribers to advertise or publish their own art products and services but does not offer a facility to sell them. If a registered client or a subscriber on Art My Breath website decides to avail a paid service or to purchase a product offered by other registered client, then such transaction should take place outside of Art My Breath website. Such transaction should be solely between purchaser and the seller. Art My Breath will not accept any liability and responsibility for such transactions. No refunds or cancellation requests will be entertained by Art My Breath in such cases.

Please refer back to this policy occasionally as we may update this policy from time to time. Art My Breath reserves the right to amend this policy without giving any notice to its clients.
